Are Vessi shoes actually waterproof?
Yes! Our shoes feature our patented Dyma-tex technology, which is integrated directly into the knit. Unlike sprays or coatings, our waterproofing is permanent and won't wear off over time.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 90-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
How do I clean my Vessi shoes?
We recommend hand washing your shoes with warm water, mild soap, and a soft cloth. Avoid machine washing or drying, as high heat can damage the waterproof membrane.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, and select countries in the EU. Shipping fees and duties vary by region.
